Had A Miscarriage. Tests Showed I Am Pregnant Again. When I'm Finishing Up With Peeing It Starts To Hurt As If Not All Of It I Coming Out? Worried?

Hi, i found out March 18 that I was 4 & a half weeks pregnant.. A week later I found out I had a miscarriage.. About a month later I went back in for another pregnancy text, it came back positive. The midwives we not sure if it was coming back positive because of the miscarriage or if I was pregnant again so I had blood tests done & it showed that my blood levels were rising so I am pregnant again :) Because of the miscarriage they are unsure how far along I am, I have my ultrasound in 10 days. This morning I noticed when I went to go pee I was peeing normally, no burning or tingling but as soon as i'm finishing up it starts to hurt as if not all of it i coming out? I don't seem to have any problems as soon as I get up. The pain isn't that harsh but I would like to know if this is anything serious?

The pain during urination could be due to the symptoms of pregnancy or related to a urinary tract infection. This needs proper treatment with systemic antibiotics after a urine test.
