Had A Miscarriage. When Can I Try For Pregnancy? Need Help In Weight Loss
I am 26 years old. I am married for 8 months. I had a missed miscarriage a month back(April 17) and this month I got my first period after mmc(May 24), usually my cycle is 28 days, this time after mmc it was 35th day I got periods, I want to ttc soon, is that okay to try after this period? Also I keep put on weight after mmc, is there some ways to control that as well?..Kindly assist.

Hello, You had miscarriage last month and you have your cycle after 35 days too , now you can proceed to have your next pregnancy, it means you are free to have next conceiving process, there is no any harm or restriction for conceiving you Further you have asked for loosing your weight, which you have increased in last few days, it can be controlled by you by regular exercises and diet control, if you have excess weight. Rest all will be good, take care.
