Had A Miscarriage After Bleeding. On Pregnacare. Will It Help Me Conceive?

Hello I have just lost my baby I was 5 weeks 1 days but think I was further along doctors didn't help me in anyway when explained my bleeding sadly I lost the baby Tuesday afternoon , me and my partner are gutted :-( I have a 5 yr old son from a previous relationship I'm still continuing to take the pregnacare original tablets will this help me conceive? Also should I ask for a check up as only had 2 parts come out of me not sure if I'm cleared out properly?
