i had a 3 day period, which is unlikey for me usually it 5 days. and now im spotting. the first day of my period i had horrible cramps. so bad i could even move. and was throwing up. now days after i stopped, im spotting, and i have nausea, and dizzy. and i threw up this morning. and i have diarrhea. i took a pregnancy test a week or so ago and it was negative.
Irregular period or spotting may be due to several reasons like stress/ anxiety, hormonal imbalance, uterine pathology, pelvic/ vaginal infection etc.
You may undergo one blood test for beta hcg to rule out suspicion of pregnancy. Early pregnancy test is less significant.
After that you can consult with gynecologist for pelvic examination and other relevant investigation like USG, hormone assay etc to pinpoint the diagnosis.
Take healthy diet with iron supplements, maintain genital hygiene and drink plenty of water with salt & sugar. Be well.
