Hello, Your case reflects that you are very cautious on your health status. I would congratulate you that this is a very good sign which most people don't have. This positive attitude will keep you healthy and you can enjoy a happy life. Coming to your query - stroke can only recur in case of increased blood pressure, increased blood cholesterol, stress. or any sudden trauma etc.... so keep all these under control and do not wait for the recurrence. A stroke patient can be rehabilitated and regain full functional abilities depending upon the extent of injury, duration of the injury and enrich environment. so stroke does not influence your life expectancy. Only it is up to you how you are leading a successful life. have a good health and enjoy your life to the fullest..
Considering your age and last history, you might forecome a stroke again but giving the body what is requires to avoid the stroke is important. You body conditions seem fine and am not sure if there was any family history with stroke. However, you have to ensure you are having a healthy lifestyle. Continue walking and also ensure your diet consists very light foods and is loaded with vitamins, minerals and fiber. Drink enough water. Include more fruits, vegetables in the diet. As we grow older, the calorie needs reduce. So try reducing your portion intake, and consume limited food. Avoid sweets, fatty foods, fried foods etc. You should undergo regular medical check ups to ensure everything is normal. Also carry a positive attitude that everything is fine and you are healthy,.
Good luck!!!!
