Had Accident And Operated Nasal Reduction. MRI Showed Mild Posterior Bulge Of The L4/5 Disc. Treatment?

i have a accident six years a go i got operated a nasal reduction few month later my back started paining my doctor suggested me a mri in which he found 1.transitional vertebra at lumbosacral junction s1 being lumbarised .2.mild posterior bulge of the l4/5 disc indenting the thecal sac 3. diffuse posterior bulge of the disc through an annular tear indenting the thecal sac 4. syrinx is noted at d7-d8 t0 d9 to d11 levels was shown from that day i took treatment but my problem remain same it became worse after lifting weight or when not getting rest my work is so that i have to liftweight its very painfull to live with it every minute mind is disturbe i am 30 years old please help me

It is natural to have pain when lifting weight.
You need to understand long standing effects these injuries.
This should be tackled with different approaches.
Medications for symptom relief.
Physiotherapy and supportive measures.
