Hi,

I understand that the delivery process has been a difficult experience for you.
The spinning sensation may be due to anemia and blood loss that occur during the procedure as well as due to breast feeding as the demand of the body for iron is higher.
But it seems you are having aches and pains everywhere. Pain in hips and ribs is very rarely attributed to c sections or epidural and crawling in belly are more suggestive of a psychological cause. You seem to have reacted too much to the whole procedure.
I suggest you try to stop thinking about it, take care of your baby, eat lots of fruits and green vegetables, take light exercise like a morning and evening walk, some meditation and read good books. If this helps you will be just fine if you still keep on having trouble I suggest you get yourself evaluated by a physician.

I do understand that you are having trouble, but try not to think of the c section and epidural and you will get over it.

Hope I was helpful.

Thanks for the query.
