Had Aortic Valve Replacements. Numbness In The Thumb, Pain In The Neck

I am a 44 yr old male, I have had (2) aortic valve replacements and I am in good health otherwise. I overdid it a little this past weekend and now I am having numbness in the thumb and 2 fingers on my left hand and some skipped or odd beats of my heart. No chest pain but slight pain in the left side of my neck. should I be concerned? YYYY@YYYY
