Had Bad Cold, Soreness On Nose. On Neosporin. What Is Going On?

I had a very bad cold last week and just completed a course of antibiotics on yesterday but I blew my nose so much last week that now my nose is really sore with seemingly blisters in my right nostril. I have been applying Neosporin throughout the last couple of days but my nose is still running so I still have to blow from time to time so I keep reapplying. Is there something else I should be putting on these nasal sores?

Thanks for your question
I think you are suffering from bacterial rhinosinusitis.
If you have pain and discharge then continue antibiotics and add topical steroidal nasal spray like mometasone spray, that reduces the inflammation pain and discharge . Thanks
