Had Blood Test. Found SGPT, SGOT Are Higher Than Limits. Reason?
Hello, i have been done blood test and i found that i have SGPT (67) and SGOT (65) higher from the limit and i also have high urea at (88). I am not drinking alcohol and my diet is 40% protein 40% carbs and 20% healthy fats. I also use a multivitamin, fish oil, protein powder with amino acids and glumatine and i also use a pre-workout supplement with creatine included 5grams on daily basis when i workout 6 days a week for 2 hours. Could you help me and tell me which of those supplements has increased those levels higher than the recommended levels?
