Had Bypass Surgery. Taking Almat40 And Dutas. During Teeth Extraction Prescribed Sifran. Passing Stools Often. Take Cobadax?
i m 78 male i had an bypass surgery 20 years back . at present i m taking almat40 one tablet and dutas t capsule one capsule daily while extracting my 18 teeth the docotor gave sifran 500 more than 30 tablets as a result of which i have to go latrine three to four times daily for which i have to take cobadax . for how many days i have take cobadax please advice thank you

Enough antibiotic is given so there are all chances of disturbing normal intestinal flora giving rise to this problem.
You may continue with Cobadex for long time as it is vitamin B. complex.
Take capsules or sachets of Lactobacillus daily for some time as it will help to normalize intestinal flora.
Ok and take care.
