Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

From the description given by you , you could be having two different pathology which needs to be addressed by a surgeon.

discomfort in scar could be due to overgrowth of scar tissue leading to keloid. Umbilical discomfort and symptoms could possibly be due to Umbilical hernia.
Suggest you to consult with Surgeon for throrogh examination and assessment

I hope it helped

In case you require any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
