Had Cabg. Took Coumadin. Have Left Sided Pain, Tenderness With Enlarged Spleen. Done Ct Of Abdominal Aorta

Concerned after visit to gastro that I have a celiac artery blockage. I have had CABG in 2003..massive lot of muscle damage and EJ of 20-25% Been on Coumadin and now off. Have left sided pain and tenderness with enlarged spleen. Have calle my Cardiologist. What more? Had ct in July of abdominal aorta and was ok. I m bewildered. Now I m spotting with left sided pain.

You have history of CABG, and now experiencing pain in left side with the history or evidence of enlarge spleen it is better to first rule out the possibility of cardiac origin, but from the history I could say that this may not be cardiac problem still cardiac evaluation is must, you can discuss this with your cardiologist, have nice day
