Had Constant Back Pain. Took Panadol. Treatment?

Hi, Have had constant back pain since approx 11 am yesterday, Panadol only lowered pain a small amount, hard feeling around belly button, now also hip pain and strange feeling similar to baby movement but its pretty fast and seems to spread outwards from one spot, sometimes get similar feeling to Brixton hicks muscle tightening feeling in lower abdomen in pelvic area.

The constant pain in the back could be due to a uterine contraction, sprain or overuse fatigue of the back muscles. Rest and hot fomentation with mild pain killers will help in providing the desired relief.
