Had Fever. Having Pain In Spine And Headache. Blood Test Normal But Had Stones And Blood In Urine

Hi, my sister is suffering from fever for the past 1 week, her temprature rises at night only. Her fever is in control for the past couple of days. but she is having acute pain in her spine. she is also suffering from constant headache. She got her complete blood count done and also got her urine tested 4 days back. Nothing came out in the blood test but in her urine there were slight traces of keytones and very little blood..
We visited Kerela last week and I suspect that it might be dengue , pls advice.

i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. After getting the tests done he will confirm the diagnosis and give treatment. Thank you.
