Had Flu, Cough And Cold With Weakness. Will He Be Okay?

Good morning, my son suffered from flu due to cough and colds, he doesnt have fever anymore but after 3 days of fever i find him to be a bit different. He has a lotof tantrums now and most of the time sleepy and weak, after school he would just sleep and then would just lie the whole day, when i ask him if he feel just fine he would just nod but i feel something is wrong. Please help me.

After the flu, and many other viral and bacterial infections, it is not uncommon for it to take several days to actually feel better. In children, many flu like illnesses will cause some mild inflammation of the brain that will make them very irritable so this is nothing to worry about as long as his fever is gone, he is taking fluids well, and getting better each day.
