Had Good And Healthy Hair, Started Hair Fall. Medicine?

earlier i have my good and healthy hair , but it starts falling from last 8 years now i am unable to tolerate please help me for some medicine.

1) Use Minoxidil 5% apply on scalp daily night times.,
2) Tab Biotin 10 mg daily for 30 days..,
3) Take plenty of vegetables and fresh fruits..,
4) Use conditioner shampoos with antifungal.,
