Had Groin Pain, Pubic Hair Area, Dull Ache In Bladder, Discomfort, Burning Sensation During Urination. Had Unprotected Sex. Help

About 6 months ago, I had groin pain (where I assume my tubes are that go to the testicles, in the pubic hair area) this happened after unprotected sex. Symptoms of discomfort and slight "tugging" in that area have been on and off for months. It sometimes burns when I pee and sometimes foggy pee. No blood, from what I can see. Now Ive been feeling a dull ache in my I guess bladder. I'm trying to decide if I should go to the ER tonight or if I should wait it out, until a DR. appointment in a few days. This bladder stuff is new. But I do not want to cause any more damage to my body.

as we can see from your history. I think you might be having a urinary tract infection.
to say that it is basically an infection of your bladder urethra kidneys etc. any part can be involved.
did you try getting your urine checked.
kindly send your urine for routine and culture and sensitivity if not done already.
then with the help of that you should be put on antibiotics.
kindly revert back with details.
