Hello!

Thank you for the query.

You need to know that hemorrhoids are a result of digestive system problem. Usually are caused by constipation, bad diet, lack of physical activity. When hemorrhoids appear, it wont go away with any medicines. Medicines can help with symptoms, make hemorrhoid smaller, but wont make it disappear. Permanent solution is surgery.
To make your symptoms go away you should try to improve digestive system. To do that you should:
- avoid fatty foods, spicy foods, soft drinks
- increase fiber rich products and mineral water intake
- do not push hard on stool (when you do that, pressure in hemorrhoids rises and it makes them worse)
- wash your anus after every stool
- have sitz baths with Quercus Cortex twice a day
- use OTC suppositories for hemorrhoids

Such treatment should help in a week or so. If not, you should visit general surgeon and have rectal examination.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
