Had Heavy Clotting Period, Then No Period For Months, Cramps, Sore Breast, Bloating, Black Spotting. Test Result Awaited

hi doctor im 41 yrs old , i have always had regular normal periods , 5 months ago i had a really heavy clotting period for 5 days , the month later the same again , and for the last 3 months ive had no period at all but really painful cramps sore breast and bloating and pelic pain , i also have shooting pains every now and again in my left ovary and my pelic pain is in left side i have been having dark black spotting for 6-8 wks constantly every day ive just had blood tests done and awaiting the results , ive also been booked to have a scan done but could be waiting months on the nhs for a appointment my pain is getting worse each day and im now getting very worried that something seriously wrong thanx for your reply nicky

3 months amenorrhoea with spotting and Lt side pelvic pain indicates abnormal pregnancy in the Lt tube.This is serious because if tube ruptures you might go in shock.I advise you to see a Gynaecologist immediately and get a scan done as soon as possible.Probably you might require operation .Dont wait for anything and take action immediately.
