Had Hemorrhoids, Getting Blood With Them, Hard Bowel Movement, White Stuff In Poop. What Could This Be?

I had hemorrhoids a while back and I was getting quite a bit of blood with them. Now when I haveba bowel movement it feels like im passing a cactus it hurts alot and theres still blood but now ive noticed this white stuff in and on the poop. What could this be?

Hi...looks like you have got bowel infection... take tab norflox tz twice daily for five days... also take syp lactulose 15 ml before going to bed to soften your stools...
