Had Herpes A Year Back, Spots Throughout The Body. How Can I Get Rid Of These Spots?
About a year and half ago I suffered a very severe outbreak of Herpes Simplex 1 Virus. I had blisters in my mouth, throat, and lips. I also had red, itchy bumps all over my body. When the bumps started to heal they had dark spots in the middle of them and over time the spots in the middle turned into spots all over my body. I still have them to this day on my arms, legs, chest, back, everywhere. Please tell me how I can get rid of these. It really hurts my self esteem and I haven't been the same since this happened.

It seems along with outbreak of heroes you developed lesions of erythema multiforme. Now as the lesions have healed, you are having post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
To treat the same
use a good sunscreen in morning
apply hydroquinone 4 percent cream in night
it would take time but the marks should reduce with these medicines.
As I haven't seen the lesions, I would advise a visit to dermatologist prior to starting any medication.
