Had Hurt Ankle Twice. It Is Swollen And Freezing Cold On Injured Ankle. Suggest?

I hurt my ankle on a tuesday nd thoght was nothing till wed i turned it when running nd didnt go to my cross country practice on thursday nd friday, but friday i was playing volleyball nd fell on my ankle nd turned it when comig down from a spike..was swollen on the weekend nd now it is freezing cold on the injuried ankle

Hi, it appears that you had some small fracture of the ankle bones, due to fall for second time, and not attending the doctor in the first instance.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an x ray of the heal AP,and lateral view.
