Had Medication To Reduce Fever During Periods. Milky Yellow Fluid Discharged From Vagina After Bleeding Stopped. What Is It?

I had engaged in intercourse last week n a week after tht my period began and usually my period begins at the end of the month but this time it started around mid month. During my 2nd day period I begN to have fever n I consumed fever pills for 3 days eventually my blood stopped flowing but then a thick yellowish maybe milky yllow fluid dischrged from my vagina... What is this?? It began with intense itchiness but after using sanitizers, it began to reduce. Im still wearing my pads its been 5 daysnow the discahrge continues. please tell me what is this im facing

Vaginitis is could be the underlying etiology in my opinion, it will get alright with the antibiotic and Ibuprofen 400 mg +Acetaminophen, antibiotic has to be taken twice a day and "ofloxacine" 600 mg twice a day would give good result drink lot of water and nothing to worry about it will come around soon have nice day.
