Had Mirena Replaced. Experiencing Extreme Fatigue And Terrible Headaches. Underlying Causes?

I had my Mearain replaced 3 weeks ago. I spotted for a week, had a day or two break before starting my period. I've had a light perior for 3 weeks now. Im epxeriencing extreme fstigue in the last weeks and terrible headaches over the last 3 weeks. It did not experience these same things the first time I had the Meraina placed.

Hi,
Since you had prolonged spotting you may have developed anemia. Your symptoms suggest this; also, you should get your blood pressure checked as hormones can effect the blood pressure also. Please see your consultant if you do not get over your symptoms in a few more days; you may need support. Please eat well, take nutritional supplements and adequate rest. See that your liquid intake is enough. You should get your blood counts and urinalysis as well. Hope your query is answered. Take care.
