Had Miscarried. Having Delayed Period. US Negative For Pregnancy. TSH Is High. Can TSH Be The Reason?

Hi, I am 36 years old with a 1 child. I had miscarried 6 months ago. My Hcg count is 7,058 and now it is 37 days from LMP. Got a tranvaginal US done on the 36th day and the gestational sac, fetal pole was not clearly visible. I am going for another round of Hcg test tomorrow. My TSH is 9.5. Could that be the reason? How concerned should I be?

hi.. thanks for using HCM..
you have missed the period, and you have conceived.
ultrasound examination shows there is gestational sac but not fetal pole..
you also have hypothyriodism..
that could be the reason for this..
fetal pole and cardiac activity is seen at 8 weeks..
see also endocrinologist for the correction of hypothyriodism.
all the very best...
