Had Mumps Was Taking Pain Killers. But Due To The Medication Severe Gastritis. Discontinued Pain Killers. Painkillers Safe?

I currently have mumps, the excessive intake of the pain killer ibuprofen caused gastritis as a complication. After being hospitalized for dehydration I am now back at home still in some pain due to the orchitis caused by the mumps. The Doc prescribed stopain, however I am affraid to take this due to the gastritis, is stopain safe?

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Stopain is a pain killer but it develops gastritis.
Stopain is safe for pain relief.
If you want to take this please add some sort of antacid.
Antacid type syrup which contains oxytacain ( local anesthetic) will provide you quick relief.
Good luck.
