Had Open Mesh Repair Of A Recurrent Right Inguinal Hernia, Pain In Right Testicle, Thigh, Diagnosed As Genitofemoral Neuralgia, Still Get Premature Ejaculation. Treatment?

4 months ago I had an open mesh repair of a recurrent right inguinal hernia . Immediately after the surgery it was clear that something was wrong, with a pain in my right testicle and down my right thigh. It was diagnosed as genitofemoral neuralgia . After a course of nerve block injections, the pain has largely subsided, however I still get premature ejaculation and a noticeable drop in seminal fluid when I do ejaculate. I am 27 years old and otherwise healthy. Could they have caught a tube and can it be repaired?

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have undergone Hernia repair surgery 4 months back and had pain in testicle and thigh due to Genito femoral neuralgia which is treated successfully.
The problem of Premature ejaculation and excessive secretion of the bulbourethral glands can not be due to this surgery.or there are no chances of getting your tube tied as suspected by you.
The problem of premature ejaculation is mind related and due to anxiety and can be cured by taking medicines like Dapoxetine orally.
Please consult your family physician for prescription and the dosage of the drug to be taken.
