i had somewhat of an anal exam...it hurt to bad where I screamed and the whole doctors office heard me...he only saw a small pile which looked like a blood clot was formed in the pile but i'm wondering could it be an anal fissure due to my husband trying to sexually putting his thumb up there? I told him it hurt and he didn't listen...felt like he scratched the insides of me

i understand your concern regarding your skin problem.
It look like piles or fissure.
In both condition pain is there.
If you find blood in stool then chance of pile is high.
Only physical examination can say right thing.
