ihad sex with a stranger, i am having symptoms of something not sure what it is.
iused condoms iejaculated on condom and she keep trusting me condom slip off, my head was never exposed, 48 hours after feel very weak, muscle soar, some dizziness
mostly cuss i am nervous.
testicles going up and down, burn to pee.

First let me tell you that there is nothing like partially protected sex, any condom failure is taken as an accident and the risk to STD s remains as in unprotected sex.
From what you have said, looks like you are nervous and in anxiety. The best thing to do right now would be to visit a doctor and explain your condom slip off. You could take a course of antibiotics as prescribed by your doctor. Drinking enough water may ease the burning urination.
After a while you could get STD test done just to confirm that you are not infected.
