Partially Protected Sex, Light Headedness, Dizziness, Unbalanced, Ringing Ears. STD?

hi condom broke with a sex worker.. a day later till now, which has been 35 days i have been light headed, dizzy, unbalanced, my ears often tend to ring. had blood tests 15 days and 30 days later all negative for now- hiv12, p24, hep ect. Could this be a symptom of an std , im finding it hard now to even type and focus..

Based on your description it sounds like you are having panic/anxiety. These are all symptoms of severe worry especially after an event such as this. Typically STD such as HIV would cause swelling of the lymph nodes, high fever, general malaise, vomiting, chills, diarrhea. I think you are worrying because of the events and should look up signs and symptoms of anxiety. Best bet is to not have sex with prostitutes and to avoid risky behavior to avoid STD contraction. Even if they had HIV and the condom broke, it does not mean you have been infected. Continue the tests, if results negative, try meditation, drink some camomile tea and take aconite to see if the symptoms resolve.
