Had Pelvic Ultrasound Due To Pelvic Pain. Uterus Is Bulky And Nabothian Cyst Noted With Small Thickens

I had a pelvic ultrsound due to lower pelvic pain. The uterus is minimally bulky 10.4 x 4.9 x 6 cm.the endrometial thicknes is within normal limits at 8 mm. Nabothian cysts are noted. Both ovaries are not enlarged with the right measuring 6 cc and left 8.9 cc. There are multiple small folicles. No adnexal mass lesion is seen.iUD is noted within the endometrial cavity.
