Had Recurrent Abortions. Diagnosed With Anti Cardiolipin. Suggest Whether Any Diet Or Exercise Can Help?

I am 32 yrs female who had recurrent abortions and now doctors diagnoised that anti cardiolipin igm is of 23MPL which is low to medium positive and doctor suggested Heparin for my next pregnancy.I just wnted to know why this cardiolipin is elevating ,because in my first pregnancy this test was negative only now I find this problem. Please suggest whether any diet or exercise will keep this in control.

Dear user, welcome to healthcare magic.
If you really had recurrent abortions, (more than three successive pregnancy losses), it will be wise to have heparin 5000 iu sc every 12 hours all through pregnancy, together with low dose aspirin.
I would reccomend this management even if the anticardiolipn is negative.
Heparin may be displaced by low molecular weight heparin which could be taken once daily for better compliance.
The history has a stronger evidence than the investigations in your case.
Diet and exercise are useful but not specifically to your case.
