Had Sex. Getting A Smelly Discharge, Has A Fishy Odour. What Would Cause This?

I had sex with the same person for almost 3 years, him and no one else, we broke up and I had sex with someone else about 3 months later (a week and a half ago). Since then I get a smelly discharge, it has a fishy odor but its not super strong but its just the fact the there's a weird odor and it never happen when I had sex with my ex. What would cause this and is it always going to happen?

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

The fishy smell may be due to trichomoniasis or bacterial vaginosis or an STD. Get culture and sensitive testing, whiff testing of the vaginal secretion. You can get examined by your doctor for correct diagnosis, take Tab Metronidazole (500 mg twice a day, once every 12 hours) for 7 day but give for culture before starting treatment. But dont repeat the mistake of having sex with unknown different person again in life.
