Had Sex. Missed Period. Pregnant Test Positive. On Mifegest And Cytolog. Abortion?

Me and my fiancee had sex on 7th April 2013.She had her period on 22nd march 2013.Still she has not got periods.She examined with "Prega News" kit and the result was positive.She met with doctor and he has given Mifegest 200mg and Cytolog 200 mg for abort the child.We don't want the baby now.Will be they helpful to abort?Or else some other medicine or technique can do that?What may be the side effect or having problem after this abortion for the next child?Or how to know after having those medicines that she is out of danger and the child is aborted properly?Please help!

There are definite side effects of having an abortion.
You could undergo tubal blockage or tubal damage.
There could be endometrial damage or endometrial adhesions.
Please take the medicines under guidance of a doctor.
ALso, after completing the prescribed treatment, consult a gynecologist again to confirm that the procedure is complete and there are no retained products inside the uterus.
