Had Sex Using Condom. While Urinating Has Dark Brown Smear Every Time Since Intercourse. Lower Back Pain. Treatment?

Hi Dr...

I have a few questions. My last period was on May 4th, lasting abt 5 days. On May 15th, my husband and I had sex and used a condom, in which the condom got stuck inside of me for a brief moment when we changed positions. We checked the condom, and he did not ejaculate.

4 days later, after urinating, I noticed that I had a dark brown smear every time I wiped, and it's been going on for a week now. I'm worried that it could be indicative of pregnancy, but my last period came early, and my next period should be in two weeks. Other symptoms included some lower back pain on my left side, and mild pressure in my upper stomach. Nothing pelvic, and not having pregnancy symptoms. Please help!

Hello,
If you have had a period, its unlikely that you are pregnant. It could be an infection for which you need to take a swab test. Hormonal imbalance could be another cause. Get examined by a doctor to check for infection Get a pap smear also. You can take a pregnancy test for your satisfaction though its unlikely you're pregnant.
