Had Shoulder Injury, Stiff Shoulder Tendons. Suggested To Inject Water To Shoulder To Stretch Tendons. Advice?

hi there I have had shoulder surgery in March this year due to lifting furniture at work am having physio and hydrthreapy but my shoulders tendons r very stiff and my physio suggested today about injecting water into shoulder to help stretch tendons have u heard of this thank you

Welcome at HCM.

It looks that your physio is asking for normal saline injection instead of water.Injecting plain water can be harmful while normal saline injection may be helpful in such cases.
