Had Shoulder Surgery, Labral Tear And Bankart Tear, Synovitis, Capsulitis, Elbow Pain. Why Is There No Improvement?

I'm 40 year old male, 5' 7" and 150lb had two right shoulder surgery. 5/7/2013 had first surgery for slap II labrum tear and bankart tear, followed by second surgery on 7/28/2013 for synovitis and capsulitis. I had numerous PT after 1st surgery and also second surgery. My ROM is improving, but still have swelling, the pain is still in the range of 4 to 6 out of 10, and have deltoid pain and on and off numbness, inner elbow pain, wrist pain, tingling hand and fingers. I have constant dull pain. I had cortizone shot on 9/25/2013 and does not fell I have any improvement. I do feel it tends to catch or click with movement. My surgeon said it is due to weakness of muscle. Seeking for advise or should I see a Neuro?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Even after the surgery for a torn ligament, it takes some time for the pain to subside completely and complete range of movement can be regained only after a regular physiotherapy. You can start with hot fomentation for relief.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
