Had Sore Nipples And Discharged White Specs After Squeezing Resulted In Pain. Suggest?
yes you may im a 43 yr old women and my nipples are very sore i had my husband to squeeze it cause it had white specks on it as if i was about to nurse but the more he squeeze a long white string came out which made it very painful not only one breast is like this but the other is also i didnt let him squeeze that on because it was too sore and in pain

To start off with, I would advice you not to ask your husband or you yourself to squeez your nipples. Based on the presentation put forward by you, it sounds as though you could have a simple condition like folliculitis (inflammation and/or infection fo the hair follicle).
This could have resulted either due to friction (from your brassiere, clothing, etc.), shaving in the region, etc. All you need to do is to keep the region clean and dry, apply warm compresses through the day and try to have several lukewarm sitz baths using epsom salt.
