Had Spotting And Pregnancy Signs. Have Pressure In Vagina, Stomach Aches And Cramps. Itchy Stomach And Breast

Yes please i had spotting on september 1,2,3 and have had all pregnancy signs. Well i took a hpt today on september 21 and i have pressure in vagina and stomach has aches and tingling feeling, also i feel pressure on my hips and cramping switching from lower abdominal area . The cramps go back and forth from one side to other and it will go away and start back up at night. My stomach and breast r also itchy! And my lower back hurts with a dull pain and i stay very hungry. I get up just to eat around 3:20 in the morning. What could this be ? Plz help

Hi,
You did not mention what report you had from the pregnancy test. If it is positive, that answers all your questions. The spotting could have been the implantation bleed. Also, you did not say when you had your last normal period and if you have regular cycles. If you did not get a positive pregnancy test, you can repeat the test after a couple of days with a fresh early morning sample of urine or for better confirmation go for the serum beta-hCG assay.
