Had Surgery For Hematoma Above Eye. Have Small Bump That Becomes Noticeable After Exercise
When I was child I got hit by a motorcycle on my forehead, and left me with a hematoma bump above my left eye. I am 44 and 2 years ago, a dermatologist surgically removed a piece of fat tissue about 1/3-1/2 inch in size. We though the bump would disappear, but it did not. I still have this small bump, but noticeable. It becomes more noticeable after exercising under the sun, getting agitated, stress, or preoccupied. Could you please give me advice?
Hi, as you describe it is a bump of duration of nearly 40 years, it might have a fusion of layers of connective tissue, which are deep seated, and may need M.R.I., to study the extent of the bump. The attempt to remove it completely may cause damage to the internal structures like nerves, vessels etc. still if you have any doubt you can contact our channel ASK A DOCTOR NOW with the M.R.I. report with a surgeon for direct interaction. Thank you.
