Had Surgery For Hemorrhoids, Having Prolapse At Time Of Defecation, Polyp At Anus. What To Do?
dear doctor I had a surgery for hemrroids almost 10 yrs back.but now there is prolapse at the time of defecation and i have to push it in.now there is also a polyp at the anus and feel sometimes itching too.there is swelling in anus I feel pain too while passing stool.please suggest me what to do now.

I would suggest you to consult your Surgeon for further surgical management.
It will require removal of polyp and also addressing issue of rectal polyp in same surgical procedure.
