Had Surgery On Left Shoulder, Rotators Cuss Tear, Bone Defect From Birth. Same Symptoms On Right Side.
I had surgery on my left shoulder, rotators cuss tear, was told bone defect from birth,Im 60 years old, I'm afraid I will have to have the same surgery on the right shoulder, pain symptoms are the same, what do I do while Im healing from first shoulder surgery, my doctor will not discuss this until I'm healed from first surgery.
Till time for surgery you should do shoulder muscle strengthening exercise s for early post operative recovery. You can use theraband exercises . Physiotherapist will help you for both shoulder exercises.
