Hi, thanks for writing to HCM.
Psoriatic arthritis is a crippling condition and its serious form of joints involvement is called "Arthritis Mutilans" which manifest with joint defomities.
I am not aware of any naturopathic medicine as I practice allopathy.
Symptomatic treatment is by analgesic antiinflammatory medicines, glucosamine supplementation and corticosteroid injections. You have to keep in your mind that these drugs are not going to modify the disease (psoriasis).
Certain drugs like sulphasalazine, methotrexate, leflunamide , d-pencillamine and cyclosporine are considered as DMARD's (Disease modifying antirheumatic drugs) and are useful in psoriatic arthritis.
Biological agents to treat psoriatic arthritis include "TNF alpha inhibitors" like Etanercept, Infliximab and Adalimumab.

Hope this information helps
