Hi i recently played basketball on wednesday last week and had to go poop. I kept holding it in even though i knew i had to go. I held it in for about 1 hr give or take. And when i finally went it was very hard to go. I went four times all very runny. Now i feel like i have a very shap pain in my stomach area below my chest and i have to keep going to the restroom. It feels like i have to go but its very hard to come out and then when ut does it jus drains out but its constantly hurting on and off please help me.
Consult a General Surgeon, you could be having a small ulcer at anal opening which is called as fissure in ano and that could be the cause of pain. Diagnosis of this requires thorough examination.
