Had Tubercular Meningitis. Treated With Shunting Mechanism. Fell, Broke Leg. Help Me How To Treat This.

Hello Doctor,
My dad got tubercular meningitis 3 yrs back and was treated with a shunting mechanism. Recently he fell down in the bathroom and broke his leg. I am looking for a physiotherapist to come home for his treatment so he can start walking again normally. We are located at Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar. Please let me know if you could help us out here and what will be the fee structure like.

Thanks!
