Had Two Knee Replacements On Left Leg, Hit Leg, Having Severe Burning, Pain. What Could Be The Cause?

hello, I have had two total knee replacements on my left leg. I fell hitting my leg on the side of my bed. It s been about three weeks and now and I have a numb quad and severe burning from a spot at the top of my hip and the top my knee. What could be the cause as it s getting worse not better. Thank you, Michael
