Had Unprotected Oral Sex. Started Burning Sensation Under Foreskin. Using Thrush Cream. Could Be An STD?

Hi I had unprotected oral sex about a month ago and after 3 days I had a burning sensation under the foreskin . I started using aqueous cream to watch and after a week the burn went. It then came back 2 weeks later. I ve now gone to the gum clinic to be tested, do you think it could be an STD? At the moment I m using thrush cream, this gets rid of the burn straight way.

It is always advisable to have protected sex. If the person you had oral sex with was a commercial sex worker then it would be adviasable to seek the opinion of a specialist venerologist at the earliest.
