Had Unprotected Sex. HIV Test Negative. Have Red Spots On Tongue After Sex, Underweight, Have Blisters. Suggest?

Doc, I have had unprotected sex with 3 elderly girls when i was too young to understand that. Then later i had unprotected sex with 2 girls and 2 married women. I took a HIV test and found it to be negative after 2 years of exposure. I got married and have a kid who is 4 yrs old now. Last year around april i had unprotected sex with my neighbor. I developed some changes in the tongue, like spots appearing and big spots in the inner tongue and tiny red spots in the lower inner area below the lips. i went for a hiv tridot screening in july and result was negative. Since i was scared on the symptoms i went for a hiv 1 & 2 test under tridot method on 11.03.2013. It was also negative. serum vdrl - non reactive, serum HbsAg - negative. After this i had sex only with my wife. recently i feel under weight. I am 32 yrs old and 62.5 kgs. i had itching over my shoulders and developed blisters in my arms, elbow and i see in other parts of the body here one there one small tiny. Near to my mouth i had a pus filled bump. i fear is there a chance to develop any form of STD of HIV at this stage and after tests taken.
