Had Unprotected Sex. Itching On Penis Tip, Pain When Squeezing And Urinating, Yellow Discharge

I had unprotected sex with a friend a day afeter,i started having this icting in my penile tip and pains when i squeeze it and durning when peeing. Its two days now,i ve been having sperm leakage day and night.when i go to wwork and back my pants is full of whitish and yellowish kinda look like sperm. Please advice me on what to do,im a bit scared its something serious

Thanks for your query.You had unprotected sex with your girlfriend.,and you are getting itching on the glans of the penis and there is a yellowish discharge from the external meatus which you think to be semen.This is most likely you have a Urethritis following unprotected sex either due to the infection transmitted from your girlfriend .She may have vaginitis The yellowish discharge that you think sperm is not a semen but a excessive Urethral discharge from the urethra due to infection Take some antibiotics like Doxycycline twice daily after consulting your family physician and ask your girl friend to consult her Gynecologist .
